WHERE WE SHIP

HEVUMYI ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping and we cannot accept orders with a delivery address outside the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day are processed the same day. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Delivery times above are counted from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see the confirmation email within one business day, please check your spam or promotions folder.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Because we ship within the United States only, no import duties or customs charges apply to your order. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

DELAYS AND DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If tracking has not updated for several days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier and make it right.
